1. I learned how to knit today! It was kind of expensive, had to pay for the lesson, but totally worth it. I hope to be able to conceal it from my family and then make them all something for Christmas. Then, when they ask where I bought it, I will smile and say, "I actually made it". And then they will be shocked because I am the least crafty person you will EVER meet.

2. The lady who taught me knitting said that I took to it like a duck to water. And the woman who came for the lesson after mine asked how long I'd been knitting. I told her I had just started and she was very surprised. Yay for being good at something for once!

3. This is silly but, this meme! Never been tagged in one before. Still a relative LJ n00b, you see.

4. mrs_leary posted a new fic! I haven't gotten a chance to read it yet, wanted to post this first, but it doesn't matter. When she posts I react like this: \o/

5. Another day of my ipod working. I had a zune, but it broke, and then I was without music for a MONTH and it was HORRIBLE. I will never take my music for granted again.

8. Free bagels and coffee from the university on account of it being finals week! The coffee is shit, but the bagels are AWESOME.

And there we have it. Hooray. Now back to knitting! I've got this one stitch that I have NO idea where it came from. I'm hoping I can just slip it in with another one, whistle, and forget about it. Stay tuned for new developments! XD
